Terrace Hall, the former residence hall, was deconstructed this summer, paving the way for a new multi-purpose parking lot, green space and improved access routes.

Tom Euclide, director of the Office of the University Architect, outlines the university’s plans for this space (completion expected this fall) and even explains how the hall’s deconstruction differs from a demolition.
