OneWellU Offers Spring Fun and Fitness Programs

Would you like to learn how to eat healthy, lose weight and have a lot of fun in the process? Would you like to begin a fun exercise program tailored to meet your needs? If you answered yes to either question, then check out the OneWellU offerings for spring and summer. The programs highlighted below are open to faculty and staff and will be explained in more detail at an informational meeting on April 27. The informational meeting will be held at noon in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.

Weight Watchers at Work
The next session of Weight Watchers at Work will begin on April 27 with an informational meeting at noon in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center. The 12-week session will run through July 13 and will be held on Tuesdays at noon.

The cost for the program, which includes access to the Weight Watchers online tools, is $144. Participants can pay in full or in three installments of $48 each. There is also a partial reimbursement available for employees covered under Medical Mutual health insurance.

Life StyleCardioBlast Exercise Program
This is a new program being offered through OneWellU. The one-hour classes offer a variety of fun aerobic exercises and will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:45 p.m. in the MACC gymnasium at the rear of the building. Classes begin April 27 and run through July 13. The cost for the CardioBlast program is $100, and the first 10 new members to enroll will each receive a $10 discount.
