Job Description:
I handle convocation, scheduling, graduation, admissions, enrollment, EPC submissions, graduate assistantships, federal traineeships, orientation, transfer of credits, change of concentrations, incomplete tracking, immunizations, Ohio Board of Nursing forms, re-enrollment and program plans for various concentrations.  I also assist students returning to school for their master’s and Ph.D. degrees.

Likes Most About Kent State University:
It’s a place where I can use my business skills to help others including students, faculty and staff.  The College of Nursing has excellent people that have made me feel very welcome.

A long stating institution that is respected around the world.  I enjoy helping people and what better place to do this than a university.

Oversee the administration of a comprehensive intramural sports, club sports and community league programs serving the university community and surrounding communities.

I love working with college-aged students and my colleagues in an ever-changing and challenging environment.

Attraction to Kent State University as an Employer:
Initially, for my graduate assistantship that began in 1998, it was the anticipation of the opening of the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.  For my full time position, it was the staff and the autonomy to make decisions and run my programs in the best way possible for the students.
