Evaluation of Wine Workshop at the Kent State Hotel and
Conference Center.

Kent State University at Ashtabula and the Viticulture Enology Science and Technology Alliance (VESTA) invite you to a hands-on workshop for novice wine consumers and industry pros alike from Feb. 27 to March 1 at the Kent State University Hotel and Conference Center in Kent. Join world-renowned wine expert and judge Zoran Ljepovic to gain a better understanding of flaws in wine and how to recognize them and apply simple quantitative methods to wine testing. Participants will experience sensory components, faults in wine, wine flaws, errors in perception and tasting methodology.
