As stated in the “University policy regarding conflict of interest of university employees,” 3342-6-23(C)(3): University employees cannot use their position at the university for “the use of a student’s services or labor on the university employee’s private property without remuneration.” Also, section (E)(3) of the policy states that university employees also cannot use university resources for personal business matters. These resources include, but are not limited to: supplies, materials, equipment, secretarial or staff time.” |
