Kent State's Robot Fabrication Lab
In the class "Digital Crafting: Robotically Carved Ceramic Panels," Kent State University students use a 6-axis robot arm to carve and mold ceramic panels. The class, taught by Brian Peters, assistant professor in the College of Architecture and Environmental Design, is a collaborative effort with Eva Kwong, assistant professor in the School of Art.

Kent State University has launched a new partnership with Zipcar, Inc., the world's leading car-sharing network, to offer a Zipcar car-sharing program on its Kent Campus. The convenient transportation option is now available at an affordable rate, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for students, faculty and staff, ages 18 and older, as well as members of the local community, ages 21 and over.
