Dedication of Lights at Schoonover Stadium
Kent State celebrated a Dedication of Lights ceremony at Schoonover Stadium on Wednesday, April 17, prior to the Golden Flashes' baseball game versus Niagara. The Flashes ended up winning the game, 21-2.

Nobel Peace Prize Winner Elie Wiesel Visits Kent State
Nobel Peace Prize winner and Boston University Professor Elie Wiesel spoke at the second Kent State University Presidential Speaker Series on Thursday, April 11, in the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center (MAC Center). Wiesel's personal experience of the Holocaust led him to use his talents as an author, teacher and storyteller to advocate for human rights and peace in the world.
