Weight Watchers at Work Open House Scheduled

Posted July 7, 2014

On Tuesday, July 22, there will be a Weight Watchers at Work Open House from noon - 1 p.m. in Room 310C in the Kent Student Center. If you are ready for a mid-year resolution, consider joining the Weight Watchers at Work group. Attend the upcoming open house to see if this is the right choice for you.*

Participants who choose Weight Watchers at Work meetings with a monthly pass will benefit from support and accountability, but not a lengthy time commitment. The monthly pass gives you greater control and flexibility to determine what works best with your schedule. You can attend an "at work" meeting or take advantage of unlimited access to meetings in your community. You also will be able to use eTools to track weight, find great recipes and more.

Visit Weight Watchers at KSU for more details. For questions, you may contact Michelle Igleheart, wellness coordinator, at 330-672-8368 or miglehe2@kent.edu.

*Program materials and weigh-in not provided at the open house.
