Smoking cessation is the topic for this month’s wellness Lunch and Learn seminar. The program will feature an upbeat talk on how to begin – and succeed – at kicking the smoking habit. The Lunch and Learn will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 15, at noon in the first floor food lab of Nixson Hall.
The programs are sponsored by the Division of Human Resources and are held in conjunction with Impact, the university’s employee assistance program. The hour-long programs are free and open to faculty and staff. However, seating is limited and reservations are required. You can register here.
