The Division of Human Resources and College of the Arts are excited to help you kickoff your summer fun with the following buy one, get one (BOGO) free ticket purchasing opportunities and workshops!

Friday, July 4, or Saturday, July 5, at 8 p.m. at the Porthouse Theatre

The Tony-nominated Starmites is a crowd-pleasing family musical about a young lady obsessed with comic books who ultimately saves the universe. It is a sci-fi fantasy show with a big heart and big laughs, where humans and heroes conquer the sinister inhabitants of inner space and discover love, loyalty, inner strength and a great doo-wop beat along the way!

Note: Attend the opening night on Friday, July 4, and enjoy a complimentary reception after the show hosted by Fresco Mexican Grill and Salsa Bar, complete with complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks.

A Summer Partnership with the Cleveland Orchestra

The School of Music extends a (BOGO) ticket offer to all Kent State University faculty and staff members. Purchase up to four tickets and receive the same number free.

The first concert of the 2014 Faculty Concert Series on Wednesday, June 25, at 7:30 p.m. will feature the Cleveland Orchestra's principal oboist Frank Rosenwein, assistant principal bassoonist Barrick Stees and critically acclaimed pianist Spencer Myer.
