Stay Fit this Fall with the OneWellU Walking Program

Take advantage of the latest OneWellU Walking Program to help you get fit and stay motivated. This free, eight-week walking program is open to all faculty and staff on all campuses

Participants are eligible to win weekly prizes and receive health tips as they strive for a healthier lifestyle. This session will run from Aug. 25 through Oct. 19. Sign-up instructions can be found on the OneWellU website.

Also, as a reminder, the next Kent Campus health screening will be held Aug. 19. Read more about the free screenings for eligible faculty and staff, as well as how to sign up on the OneWellU website.
