The deadline for submissions to participate in the 2012 Institute for Excellence has been extended to Wednesday, Nov. 30. The 10-month, university leadership program gives eligible faculty and staff a unique opportunity to develop their leadership skills. There are two tracks: The Administrator, for faculty or staff who manage or chair a department or unit; and the Individual Contributor, for employees not currently in a managerial role, but who have the desire to lead change.
