This is a reminder to Kent State University employees who earn vacation time regarding the Sept. 30 deadline for vacation hours that may have accrued beyond the three-year maximum according to vacation policy (6-11.7).

Classified and unclassified staff have until Sept. 30 to use vacation time that has accrued beyond the maximum allowed. After Sept. 30, any vacation balances beyond the maximum will be forfeited. Employees who are over the allowed maximum have also been notified through an email. You can check your leave balance in the My HR tab in FlashLine.
