Offerings include a Weight Watchers at Work Open House, walking opportunities at the Kent State Field House, as well as a OneWellU Walking Program in collaboration with the American Heart Association (ASA). In addition, the Faculty/Staff Exercise Program will be offered along with programs specifically designated for faculty and staff through the Department of Recreational Services. As you look for ways to stay healthy and active in 2014, we hope one of these programs may be of interest to you.
