Lunch and Learn seminars are sponsored by Kent State University's Division of Human Resources and provide faculty and staff an opportunity to attend training sessions for personal or professional education during the workweek lunch hour.

At Kent State, Lunch and Learn seminars are held two to three times monthly and designed to begin at noon and end at 1 p.m. Sessions take place at Heer Hall across from the Ice Arena on the Kent Campus (unless otherwise noted).

Lunch and Learn seminars are FREE and open to faculty and staff, but reservations are limited to 40 participants. Also, you may bring your own lunch or you may order a lunch upon making your reservation. Lunch orders are $7 and are prepared by Food For Thought Café. Checks can be made payable to Kent State University for an ordered lunch and can be paid for upon check-in.

There are currently several topics on the upcoming agenda from self-care tips for the family caregiver to meditation for everyone. Visit the OneWellU website for a description of all upcoming events and to register.
