Posted April 28, 2014

OneWellU Lunch and Learn seminars are sponsored by Kent State University's Division of Human Resources and provide faculty and staff an opportunity to attend informative sessions on a host of health and wellness topics.

Lunch and Learn seminars are held monthly and designed to begin at noon and end at 1 p.m. Sessions take place at Heer Hall across from the Ice Arena on the Kent Campus (unless otherwise noted).

All seminars are FREE and open to faculty and staff, but reservations are limited to 40 participants. Attendees are welcome to bring their own lunch or they may order a lunch upon making their reservation. Lunch orders are $7 and are prepared by Food For Thought Café. Checks can be made payable to Kent State University for an ordered lunch and can be paid for upon check-in.

There are currently several topics on the upcoming schedule for May, including Achieving Personal Balance, Emotional Roots of Clutter or Story Telling: Techniques to Revitalize Learning and Memory. Visit the OneWellU website for a description of all upcoming topics and to register.
