The trio researched the Packard family history and its involvement in the production of Packard automobiles in Warren from 1899-1903, before operations were relocated to Detroit, Mich.. The students developed an education program for use in K-12 classrooms and community meetings.

Since its presentation to Walton this past summer, the program has been incorporated into the educational outreach mission of the museum and is used by its staff and volunteers in local, regional and national presentations.
