Libraries' Stress-Free Zone event.

Kent State University Libraries will again hold its Stress-Free Zone to help ease the stress that comes along with Finals Week. Students can use the opportunity to take study breaks, and faculty and staff also can relieve stress that comes with the end of a semester.

On Dec. 8 and 9, pet therapy dogs will make their return to the Stress-Free Zone. The therapy dogs will be at University Library on the Kent Campus from 3-5 p.m. Popcorn, pop, water, coffee, tea, candy and hot chocolate also will be available during this time.

“The students really enjoy the break, and they love playing with the dogs,” says Jasmine Jefferson, First-year Experience librarian.

University Library will be open 24 hours through the end of Finals Week.
