Job Description:

Supervise the computer lab technicians to provide all of the desktop and classroom support for all faculty and staff in the college; maintain the software and hardware in three open computer labs, coordinate classes and events; manage the proctors and schedule exams, averaging 3500 hours of testing during final exam week; manage the college website; provide ongoing assistance to the building curator, LAN administrator, security administrator and the dean’s office
