Likes Most About Kent State University:
It’s wonderful to be a part of an educational institution – especially my alma mater. I’ve never been “too cool for school,” and have always been a big fan of learning – as a student and as a teacher. Being able to tap into the energy and resources of such a large and vibrant organization is exciting and inspiring. I’m very glad to rejoin the Kent State community and see “Excellence in Action” everyday.
Attraction to Kent State University as an Employer:
Being part of an institution with such an overwhelmingly positive mission and being close to the unbounded energy and limitless potential of a university campus is an inspiration and a powerful charge to my personal batteries. There is a wonderfully friendly and welcoming feeling on campus and a refreshing courtesy and helpfulness that is often missing in corporate environments. It’s good to be able to use the skills and experience I’ve gained in my career thus far to help further the university’s ongoing mission.
