Direct and develop retention and recruitment initiatives for diverse students within the college. Coordinate partnerships with schools and community agencies to support our college’s diversity agenda. Assist in creating a welcoming environment within the college through programming and strategy.

The students are amazing here. I love the students who I work with and appreciate the ways they have made me grow. My colleagues are the most supportive group of individuals that I have met as well, all of which makes coming into work exciting and worthwhile. Lastly, I like the beautiful grounds of the campus. I admire the effort and intentionality of our grounds crew to make a simple walk across campus perfect!
