Job Description:

I provide support for the Desktop Support professionals in regards to Apple products such as Apple desktops and laptops, and iPads and iPhones. Basically, I'm the university's Apple guy. I also am the administrator for the Visix Digital Signage System that is used throughout the university.

Prior to my current position, I was hired full time at Kent State Tuscarawas as a computer lab technician, and then I worked as an IT user support analyst providing Desktop Support for the executive offices on the Kent Campus.
