New Face

Job Description:
My basic function is to manage instructional and research operations of the scientific laboratories and research facility. I support the anatomy and physiology, biology, chemistry and microbiology labs at Kent State at Ashtabula. This includes ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment, establishing data bases and implementing established rules and safety practices for the labs.

The people that I work with are great. Here, there is variety in the job responsibilities and flexibility in how best to see that everything gets done.
Attraction to Kent State University as an Employer:
This position utilizes many of my previous work experiences at Ricerca. I was also attracted to the new facilities and the location here by Lake Erie.
