Job Description:
Jeter facilitates programs for African American, Latino American and Native American (AALANA) populations, including Kupita/Transiciones, Karamu Ya Wahitimu (Pre-Commencement Program), Soup and Substance and Real Talk (dialogue series), Sister Circle and the Male Empowerment Network (support groups for female and male students of color), the Oscar Ritchie Scholars Guild, in addition to the M.A.L.E. Initiative Conference.
