Job Description:

I oversee the Facilities Planning and Operations department and unit responsibilities associated with the hiring and selection processes. Also, I oversee and implement retention initiatives in conjunction with Human Resources. I coordinate Facilities Planning and Operations initiatives associated with staff training, team building and leadership, and capital construction partnering. Last, but certainly not least, I provide leadership in areas involving our bargaining unit employees.
