Prior to working at Kent State University, I worked in the insurance industry for Allstate Insurance Company, and most recently, FirstEnergy Corp in its Contact Center.

What attracted me to Kent State as an employer was the fact that they are one of the best workplaces for top talent in Northeast Ohio.

Job Description:
The center serves employers’ needs in talent and organization development, providing customized talent development programs delivered at the client site, noncredit programs and certifications offered on an open-enrollment basis, organization performance improvement consulting and practical, applied research. Lane is responsible for the leadership and growth of the center and for creating partnerships and engaging with Northeast Ohio employers.
