Job Description:
Provide liaison support to the instructional and research programs of students and faculty in the College of Business Administration. Also provide important support for entrepreneurial programs at Kent State and for outreach initiatives into the Kent and regional business communities.

The “family” atmosphere. My new colleagues in the library are great. My interaction with the faculty in the College of Business Administration has been welcoming. I get a feeling that everyone is on the same team.

Job Description:
Desktop Support for Human Resources, University Communications and Marketing, ROTC, NEOTEC, Alumni, Women’s Center, IA and Information Services (ASB). Troubleshooting computer problems, removing viruses, network issues, inventories and the list is endless.

I love the campus and the changes that are taking place. I know it’s a work in progress, but still, I think it’s amazing!
Attraction to Kent State University as an Employer:
Initially I was drawn to Kent State because of all the opportunities available to you as an employee and those are still a plus, but I’d say what really keeps me here are the people I work with. They are helpful, cooperative and friendly. The clients I work for are also amazing! Always friendly and helpful, even though dealing with technology can be frustrating. I have made many friends.
