Provides direct oversight in the administration of first-year experience programs, such as Destination Kent State, Welcome Weekend, Provost Leadership Academy, Student Success Series and the First Year Experience course. These programs are intended to promote student persistence, create campus community and provide support services that lead to student success, satisfaction and degree completion.
