Attraction to Kent State University as an Employer:
Having worked at the Kent Campus for five years and now a Regional Campus for five years, it has been neat to understand both the micro and macro of higher education. A regional campus is a mini version of Kent State. Here, we do everything! Having a wide variety of expectations and being able to help a student from prospective to graduate gives us a broad view and a unique perspective. Our input is highly valued by our supervisors and students and there is a lot of collaboration. I feel like I make a difference here.
