Job Description:
I am responsible for overseeing the university’s largest academic events, including Commencement and Convocation. Additionally, I work with the provost on a variety of faculty initiatives. I am an active member of many university committees, and I serve as a liaison to various university offices and divisions for planning and execution of events, seminars, retreats and trainings.

A close family member worked at Kent State and always made it sound like a great place to be. I also was attracted to the idea of earning a bachelor’s degree. I enrolled in classes after a year of working here and graduated three years later!
