Job Description:
As associate director, it is my job to oversee the recruitment of multicultural students here at Kent State. This involves creating new initiatives and linking the university community to the multicultural students who visit or apply to Kent State. It also involves local and national community outreach and exposing some national programs to Kent State.

Kent State reminds me of my undergraduate institution except that it is about eight times larger. The educational and learning environment, along with the reputation of the university, was a major attraction for me.
