Job Description:
I teach employees to use Kent State administrative systems. I have been working on the Unified Communications project for the past two years and have visited all of our Regional Campuses and sites. Through next spring, I will be visiting buildings on the Kent Campus, introducing staff to our new telephones and communications software.
