Job Description:
As the APM of the PhoneCenter, my job involves the hiring, training and mentoring of student employees. The PhoneCenter aims to provide more than $1 million annually to the university to help finance a variety of scholarships, programs and development initiatives.

Likes Most About Kent State University:
Kent State is a great school that offers a lot of opportunities to its students, faculty, staff members and community. We have a community that is simultaneously large, but close and we are located in a great area. The students I work with are very talented and very interesting people.
Attraction to Kent State University as an Employer:
Kent State offers a comprehensive benefits package to its employers and the people I work with are great! I especially appreciate that Kent State allows all of its full-time employees to take classes at no cost.
