When do classified performance evaluations take place?

The annual performance evaluations for classified employees begins this week. The period for classified evaluations is March 15 through May 15. During that time, employees and supervisors will use the online evaluation tool to complete the process.

Classified employees, their managers and supervisors will receive email notifications with detailed information regarding the online process and access instructions. There are some enhancements to this process for 2012, including a performance log that employees can use throughout the year to record accomplishments, trainings and discussions.

Information for classified evaluators and evaluatees is available at www.kent.edu/hr/employee/performance-evaluation-classified.cfm. From this site you can also access the online tool to complete the evaluation.
