Where can I find training resources for classified performance evaluations?

The performance evaluation period for classified employees is underway and will end May 13. Step-by-step instructions for employee access and other resources are available at http://www.kent.edu/hr/employee/performance-evaluation-classified-employees.cfm. Once there, look on the right-hand side of the page under Training Aids for Employees. Managers and evaluators can find training aids, as well as information on hands-on training, at http://www.kent.edu/hr/employee/performance-evaluation-classified-managers.cfm.
