Where can I go if I have questions about my benefits coverage for 2011?

There are several resources to answer your questions about benefits coverage that you elected for 2011. First, review the frequently asked questions (FAQ) online at www.kent.edu/hr/benefits. The questions address various topics including how to obtain new medical, dental and prescription cards, information on flexible spending account cards and health coverage for dependent adults.
