Is Blackboard Learn training and consultation available to faculty members?

Yes. Please visit www.kent.edu/blackboard and click the “Request Consultation/Group Training” button to submit your request for training or support.

After you have submitted a request, Information Services’ staff members will work with you or your department to customize and schedule your session. Possible training topics could include Blackboard Basics, Grade Center, Wimba, Assessments and Assignments, and Communication and Collaboration.

Online training resources and tutorials are also available at www.kent.edu/blackboard.
