Where can faculty and staff receive in-person technology support over the summer?

Your local IT support person is available to assist you this summer with your university-owned computer needs. Just visit http://support.kent.edu and click Local Support to find the contact information for your department. You may also click Submit at Ticket to file your request directly online.

For personally-owned computers, the Tech Spot in the Tri-Towers Rotunda is available to faculty and staff for full-service technology repair.

The Tech Spot is open all summer long, Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Visit http://techspot.kent.edu for more information.
