Dan Roland, Ph.D., School of Library and Information Science, presented Responding to the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill in the Sunday Sermon: A Study in How Clergy Members Apply Scripture in Addressing an Environmental Disaster at the 2010 International Conference of the International Society for the Study of Religion, Nature, and Culture: Living on the Edge in Perth, Australia on Dec. 17, 2010.

Denise Bedford, Ph.D., School of Library and Information Science, has been named North American Regional Editor of the International Journal of Information Management, a peer-reviewed journal for managers responsible for designing and managing complex information systems.

Victor Berardi, Department of Management and Information Systems, Kent State University at Stark, Greg Blundell, Department of Management and Information Systems, Kent State Stark, Don Thacker, Department of Marketing, Kent State Stark, presented A Cross-Curricular Approach: Using Course Projects for Developing Process Improvement Abilities in Students at the Decision Sciences Institute Annual Meeting in San Diego, California, Nov. 19-22, 2010.

Daniel-Raymond Nadon, Ph.D., Department of Theatre, served as director and development advisor for the new play "Pancakes and a Lobster Tank, Living with Autism and Loving Alex" by Rebecca Maher, a Trumbull student. The play, which was performed in April 2010, is now taking bookings in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Lisa Audet, School of Health Sciences, presented, "Let's Keep Them Safe" to the Copley, Ohio EMS, in June 2010.
