College of Public Health Symposium to Focus on ObamaCare

John Begala, executive director for the Center for Community Solutions and former state representative, will speak at Kent State University on Monday, April 4.  The symposium is titled, “Reforming Health Care Reform: What’s Wrong with ObamaCare?”

Begala has recently written about what he thinks is wrong with ObamaCare and will be sharing his opinions.  ObamaCare is President Obama’s plan for "transforming and modernizing America's health care system."

Kent State University Provost Robert Frank and Dr. Willie Oglesby, assistant professor of health policy and management, will add their perspectives to the conversation and take questions from the audience.

The symposium will take place on Monday, April 4, from 4 – 5:30 p.m. in the Kent Student Center Kiva at and broadcast live via webstream. For more information, visit www.kent.edu/publichealth.
