Kent State Facebook fans and Twitter followers were recently asked to upload a photo to Flickr and tag it "Kent State Pride." The Kent State community then voted on their favorite photo in an online poll.

After nearly 300 votes were cast, the three winners of the contest were announced. In first place was Tom Farmer's photo, "Kent State University," followed by Bobbi Frohman's photo "Outskirts" and David Dufresne's photo "Kent State Pride." Only two votes separated the first place photo from second place.

The prize for winning the photo contest was tickets to Cedar Point.
