Kent State Offers Breakfast Session for Human Resource Professionals

Kent State University’s Center for Corporate and Professional Development, which serves Northeast Ohio’s employers with solutions for talent and organization development, is hosting a free breakfast briefing on Tuesday, Sept. 13, from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The briefing is for human resource professionals, organizational leaders and those who manage employee training.

Participants will:

• Hear from organizational leaders who have implemented annual training plans in partnership with Kent State’s Center for Corporate and Professional Development

• Meet the facilitators and learn about their approaches to training adults

• Learn about the many programs and services offered by the Center for Corporate and Professional Development at Kent State

The Center for Corporate and Professional Development provides onsite, customized training and public, open enrollment professional development programs in areas such as supervisory skills, management and leadership development, Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement, project management and human relations skills.

The event will take place at Kent State’s Cleveland Urban Design Collaborative, located at 1309 Euclid Ave., Suite 200, in Cleveland’s PlayhouseSquare District. Convenient parking is available.
