Kent State to Hold Spirit of Women in Business Conference

In 2011 Kent State University hosted its inaugural Spirit of Women in Business Conference.  With a very successful turnout and positive feedback from presenters and attendees alike, it was decided that the 2nd Annual Spirit of Women in Business Conference - The Empowered Woman will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 in the Kent State University Student Center.  This one-day conference will run from 8:45 a.m. - 5 p.m. (check-in begins at 8:15 a.m.) and include a continental breakfast, lunch and all day hospitality (water, teas, soda, etc.).  Local and regional business are invited to join us at our Exhibitor Fair  where they can showcase their products and services to our attendees.

The March 2012 conference will feature two distinguished speakers - DeLores Pressley, who will deliver the morning welcome Keynote, and Regina Brett who will deliver our luncheon Keynote address.  Regina will also host a book signing, open to the public, at the event's conclusion.
