Dr. Katherine Rawson Speaks About Her Research
Dr. Katherine Rawson, an assistant professor in Kent State’s Department of Psychology, speaks about her research in identifying effective study strategies for students to learn classroom material in a durable and efficient manner. Dr. Rawson recently was recognized by President Barack Obama as one of 100 beginning researchers to receive the Presidential Early Career Awards for Scientists and Engineers. This honor is the highest bestowed by the United States government on young professionals in the early stages of their independent research careers.
