The fall semester is winding down quickly, and finals week, one of the most stressful times of the semester, begins Dec. 10.
To ease the stress of finals week, Kent State University Libraries is holding a Stress-Free Zone event on Monday, Dec. 10, and Tuesday, Dec. 11, from 3-5 p.m. Pet therapy dogs are returning this year, and there will be free popcorn and drinks for all. The Stress-Free Zone event also will provide Wii games and much more. It is open to all Kent State students, faculty and staff.

Karen Hillman, director of marketing, communications and public relations for University Libraries, said students always look forward to the Stress-Free Zone.

“Apparently, it gets some attention,” Hillman said. “We expect to nearly double the number of faculty and students that visit the library for this event.”
