Football Coaches
Host Women's
Clinic

Intercollegiate Athletics
Kent State University head football coach Darrell Hazell and the university’s football coaching staff hosted an “A” Ladies Must Get “A’s” women’s football clinic June 29 at Dix Stadium and the Kent State Field House. Kent State coaches shared inside knowledge, giving women the opportunity to participate in drills on offense, defense and special teams.

Admission was $25 and included dinner, a Kent State T-shirt, a football playbook and door prizes. A portion of registrations will go to support two charitable causes, children with cancer as well as the Heroes’ Day ticket fund to honor and recognize all local and military heroes at the Sept. 10 home football game.
